I had my first eye test in over 5yrs this week and the team was great. My session was on time and I had the full work of tests. They explained each test and what the results meant. They use the latest testing equipment - not just shining a light in your eyes like back in the day! My kid came here recently for new glasses too and was made to feel very comfortable and had lots of choices for frames.

This is a highly professional practice. Equipment levels are bang up to date and staff expertise is very high. All the staff are welcoming, quickly put patients at their ease and always go the extra mile to help. We couldn't be in better hands. I recently had an emergency, arising from an eye infection that they spotted but the hospital, initially, didn't. They went out of their way to get me the immediate treatment I needed. If it hadn't been for them, I'd have been in real trouble. I'd recommend the Optical People to anyone. Well worth a look.

A fantastic team at “The Optical People”. Was having a lot of trouble seeing with my new glasses. Nicola was soon able to tweak the prescription, and after reverting to my favoured Silhouette lenses… all is clear again… thank you guys for your skill and patients. I can see the tree roots while mountain biking again, with my tweaked contact lenses also, which is always a good thing. Thank you Nicola.
